Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings given below:

  • "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  • "Content" means all materials available through the Service, including recorded lessons, written notes, code samples and exercises.
  • "Course" means any online course offered by Loomgrid, as described on the website.
  • "Service" means the Loomgrid website at loomgrid.club and all associated online courses.
  • "User" / "You" means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
  • "We / Us / Our" means Loomgrid, operating from 51 Pracha Uthit Road, Thung Khru, Bangkok 10140, Thailand.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry or enrolling in a Course, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service.

To enrol in a Course you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

3. Service Description

Loomgrid provides online education in software and artificial-intelligence development. Our current courses are:

  • Coding & AI Starter Course — an eight-week beginner programme introducing Python and core AI concepts through practical projects. ฿3,800.
  • Machine Learning In Practice — a twelve-week intermediate track focused on building practical machine-learning projects. ฿15,000.
  • Advanced AI Development — a sixteen-week advanced programme on designing, training and deploying AI applications. ฿29,500.

Course content, duration and pricing are subject to change. We will communicate material changes to enrolled learners in advance. The Service is available worldwide unless restricted by local law.

4. Learner Accounts

  • Upon enrolment you will be provided with access credentials for course materials. You are responsible for keeping these credentials secure.
  • You must not share access with other individuals or allow third parties to use your account.
  • Please notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of this Agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with mentors, instructors and fellow learners in all community spaces.
  • Submit your own work for reviews and projects. Submitting work produced entirely by another person or automated tool as your own is not permitted.
  • Not reproduce, distribute or sell course Content without our written permission.
  • Not attempt to access systems, data or areas of the Service that are not intended for you.
  • Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the Service.

We reserve the right to remove access for users who breach these responsibilities, without refund where the breach is serious.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content, course materials, branding, logos and website design belong to Loomgrid or our content partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Upon enrolment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and study the Content for the duration of your course enrolment and for your own educational purposes thereafter.

You retain ownership of original work you create during the course. Where you share work in community forums or for mentor review, you grant Loomgrid a non-exclusive licence to use that work for educational and internal evaluation purposes only.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due at the time of enrolment confirmation. We accept the payment methods listed on the enrolment page at the time of your purchase.

Refund terms:

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of the course start date, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
  • After 7 days or if more than 20% of materials have been accessed, refunds are considered at our discretion and are not standard.
  • If a course is cancelled by Loomgrid, enrolled learners will receive a full refund.
  • Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

8. Course-Specific Terms

  • Courses run for the duration stated in the course description. Access to materials may continue for a period after the course ends; we will confirm the exact access window at enrolment.
  • A completion record is provided upon finishing course requirements. This record documents participation; it is not an academic qualification or a professional licence.
  • Mentor feedback and community discussion are provided as part of the course experience and are subject to mentor availability.
  • We may update or revise course content to keep materials current. Material updates will not reduce the scope of what was described at the time of enrolment.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the Content for any particular purpose.

We do not make any promises about employment outcomes, earnings or career advancement as a result of completing a course. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, background and circumstances.

Open-source tools and libraries referenced in our courses are third-party products; we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Loomgrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, lost income or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course to which the claim relates.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loomgrid, its staff and instructors from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

You may close your account and end your enrolment at any time by contacting us. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 7.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement, with notice where reasonably practicable. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10 and 11) will continue to apply after termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute shall first be referred to informal resolution by contacting us at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Loomgrid regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a business transfer.
  • Notices: Notices to us should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. For enrolled learners, we will provide notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
